Another milestone moment for XDS DATACENTRES. We have stood up a 1MW AI data hall at Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTI Park), purpose-built for liquid immersion high-density compute. SRTIP now hosts the UAE’s first immersion-cooled data hall, aligning with the organization’s mission to advance innovation, sustainability, and knowledge-driven industry. Sincere thanks to our partners SAHAB Chairman Ali Al Shamsi, Managing Director Sultan Al Naki and IT operations lead Abdualaziz Omar. This project required approvals between Municipality, SRTIP and SEWA with a huge amount of support from SAHAB to get this over the line and deliver the colocation unit. XDS DATACENTRES is commissioning 1 MW immersion data halls to meet immediate AI demand, while we build our multi 10 MW facilities. The 1 MW halls validate our thermal design, power trains, and operations under live loads, so clients can deploy today and scale on the same architecture into multi-megawatt footprints with consistent SLAs, sustainability metrics, and network fabrics.
